Cecilia McGuire Website Launch + Cowgirl Up! Featured Artist
Wickenburg Social is excited to share two big updates for award-winning Western artist Cecilia McGuire – the launch of her newly built website, and the news that her work will be featured in the upcoming Cowgirl Up! exhibition at the Sigler Western Museum in Wickenburg.
The new website is live: cmarts.net
Through the collaboration between the Wickenburg Art Club and BLT Marketing & Design we’ve been helping local artists and photographers strengthen their online presence. Cecilia’s new WordPress website, cmarts.net is one of the latest launches.
About Cecilia’s work
Cecilia McGuire is a Western artist working in bronze sculpture and painting. From celebrated bronzes to accomplished paintings, Cecilia brings the Western lifestyle to life through form, texture, and light. Her love of horses and the Western lifestyle inspires artwork that captures motion, character, and the quiet power of the moment.
Her bronze sculptures have earned major recognition over the years, including being a multi-time Phippen Award recipient. She is also a two-time “Artist of the Year” at the Wickenburg Art Club, with her work frequently featured at the Wickenburg Art Center & Gallery. Explore all of her amazing bronzes HERE.
An Exceptional Painter!
And while her bronze sculptures may be receiving the lion’s share of attention, her paintings are spectacular as well – vibrant, confident, and full of Western atmosphere. Visit her paintings gallery by clicking HERE
“One of the most rewarding aspects of building this site was the collaboration with the artist. Cecilia is also a talented graphic artist, and her attention to detail made the process especially thoughtful. We went through more revisions than I would call ‘normal’ – not because anything was off-track, but because she truly cares about presentation and precision. The final result reflects that care.” – Brian Terhorst / BLT Marketing & Design
She Walks The Walk
Cecilia lives in Hillside, Arizona, and her day-to-day life mirrors the Western world she creates – horses, land, equipment, and the kind of hands-on pace that keeps her constantly moving. She’s an active horse owner and rides frequently in the area, often participating in fundraising rides with Boyd Ranch and other equine venues. During the website build, I was genuinely impressed when she casually mentioned she was driving her own horse trailer up to Prescott – the kind of detail that tells you she’s not just depicting the Western lifestyle, she’s living it.
Featured Artist at Cowgirl Up!
We’re also thrilled to share that Cecilia has been selected as a Featured Artist in the upcoming Cowgirl Up! exhibition at the Sigler Western Museum in Wickenburg. Cowgirl Up! is a standout Western art exhibition that attracts collectors and art lovers from across the region, and Cecilia’s work is a strong fit for the show’s spirit and quality.
