Thu (Feb 19, 2026):

  • All day: horses available for test rides (by appointment)

  • 10:00am: Sale horse check-in

  • 2:30pm-5:45pm: Preview (horses show in sale order)

Tickets + seating notes (important for your listing)

  • Seating is provided for registered buyers, first come/first served.

  • Reserved ring-floor seating + VIP parking is offered (limited): Reserved $35 / Front Row $50 (ticket link listed on the schedule page).

  • Seating profits benefit BHBA Freedom Foundation.

Buyer info and policies (great “details” section)

  • Remote bidding: register to bid online; remote registration closes Thursday prior to the sale.

  • Dogs: please leave dogs at home.

  • Food/drink: food + beverages (including cash bar) available Fri/Sat; no coolers.

  • Trailer parking available.

  • Soundness/health: horses come with vaccination documentation + certificate of soundness; current coggins + health certificate (details listed).

  • No buyer’s premium: buyers pay horse price + health paper fee noted as $60.
