Art from the Other Half of the West” exhibition and sale, a tribute to the remarkable contributions by more than 60 of today’s best women artists to the Western genre. Opening on March 22 and running through September 1, 2024, this exhibition offers a unique perspective on the West, highlighting the often-underrepresented narratives of women in Western art. Wickenburg Walks To Boot Breast Cancer
Enjoy an early morning walk in historic Wickenburg as part of Wickenburg Breast Cancer Network’s 15th annual walk to raise funds for mammograms and diagnostics for under and uninsured women and men in 13 rural communities in the Wickenburg area. Opening ceremony begins at 7:45 AM to honor survivors and award teams with the most $’s raised and the most team members. On-site participants receive a free drawing ticket for fabulous prizes. The 1 mile or 5k walk (or support your team virtually) begins at 8 AM. and goes through historic downtown Wickenburg and scenic Simpson’s Ranch. Teams and costumes are encouraged. Dogs are welcome if on a leash.
