“MAKE & TAKE” SNAKE ACTIVITY THIS FRIDAY & ARIZONA WILDLIFE AUGUST 19. Join us for BearCat Family Friday presented by the Etnyre Foundation this Friday, August 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with activities in the Cultural Crossroads Learning Center. This month’s theme will be snakes! Plain wooden snake forms will be provided for the whole family to “make & take” a real or imagined snake with paint. Then on August 19 at 11 a.m. in the Learning Center, the Museum will hold its wildly popular “Arizona Wildlife” presentation. This year Ranger Kevin Thorson from the Desert Outdoor Center at Lake Pleasant will bring some animal ambassadors and will talk about a wide range of subjects related to Arizona wildlife.
